The terms and conditions detailed below apply to all online bookings at www.beachwoodairportaccommodation.co.uk
When you make a booking, your contract (which shall include these terms and conditions) will be with Beachwood Hospitality Ltd Trading As Beachwood B & B (referred to in these terms and conditions as ”Beachwood B & B ”).

All rates featured on The Beachwood B & B Website are offered subject to availability, and The Beachwood B & B reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason.
The fine print
If you wish to use the overnight parking after you have checked out, then a charge of GBP 5 a day will apply. The property will require your arrival and return date and times and if possible your landing time at Bristol Airport.
Please note that guests are required to present the card used to make the booking upon check-in. If the guest cannot provide the card, the booking will be refunded and payment for the reservation will be made using an alternative card.
Please inform Beechwood in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
All prices shown online are in £’s per person per night (unless otherwise stated).
All prices include Value Added Tax at the current prevailing rate.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Availability of rooms at the rates shown online may be limited and/or restricted to certain periods.
Car parking is free in an off road private car park.
Cancellation: You may cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. If you cancel in the 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation. If you don’t show up, the no-show fee will be the total price of the reservation.

The Company accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics or other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
The Beechwood B & B operates a smoke free premises. All associates have been trained to respond to potential violations of the policy. For example, housekeepers are trained to observe signs of smoking in the premises. There may be significant room recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
Right to refuse
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or refuse bookings to you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion.
Guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.
Pets are not allowed.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards unruly, disruptive, violent and abusive behaviour towards our employees, guests and other holiday makers within the area.
Unruly, disruptive, violent and abusive is seen to be, but not limited to;
Excessive noise, e.g., loud or intrusive conversation or shouting.
Threatening or abusive language involving excessive swearing or offensive remarks.
Derogatory personal, racial or sexual remarks.
Malicious allegations relating to members of staff, other customers or visitors.
Offensive sexual gestures or behaviours.
Abusing alcohol or drugs.
Wilful damage to company property.
Threats of violent behaviour.
If you are seen to be acting in an unruly, disruptive, violent or abusive manner we will terminate your booking, with immediate effect, without refund. We reserve the right to take any further action if you do not comply with our request promptly, in a reasonable manner and/or if the behaviour escalates further.
Damage to Beechwood property
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Apartments property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
